Heat Stroke

Summertime, the best time of the year.
There is no one at the beach. You can enjoy the scenery all alone, free and relaxed.
The sea is so calm it whispers you to get closer and have a swim.
You take a step but the sand is burning. Soon you'll start walking quicker so that you get in the water and give your feet some relief.
The sun is on fire! You reach the water but it's warmer than you wanted it to be. Still, you get your breath back and swim deeper to the unknown.
For a moment, you consider you might get a heat stroke spending so much time under the burning sun.
Oh well! It's worth it.
 
This is an original watercolour painting on paper of 5x7 inches (12.7 x 17.8 cm).
 
Only high quality materials have been used for this painting. For the colours, I use Winsor & Newton Cotman Water Colour tubes. The paper is premium ready cut watercolor paper.
